Position Overview:

As the Operations & Strategy Head in a Digital Marketing Company, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of the company's digital marketing services & creating strategies. You will lead and manage the operations team, streamline processes, and ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing processes.
2. Streamline workflows and standardize operational procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership and Management:
